Senior manager, Driver Community

In this role, and through Lyft’s main community program, the DAC, I was responsible for ensuring drivers’ voices were heard and their needs were advocated across the company. I did this by revamping the existing model, launching a new strategy and managing an operationally scalable community program that supported 40 Driver Advisory Councils and 200 influential community leaders.

The new strategy and program brought drivers to product, marketing, and policy tables through virtual and in-person programming. In addition, I created and managed systems to monitor and elevate quantitative and qualitative insights.
