Etsy Community and Education

Etsy's 12th employee. Grew, educated, and supported the Etsy community which grew from a few thousand members to a few million over five years.
At Etsy, my main role was managing the Community Education team, producing seller-facing content (bi-weekly newsletters, 300+ blog posts), curriculum (courses), and events (online and in-person) that informed 1 million+ Etsy sellers.
